Carrot Soup

In today’s modern climate with jobs running from 6 till 10 at night, many home owners are now seeking alternatives to enjoy healthy food that requires little to no preparation. Low and behold soup makers have definitely made their mark on preparing decent meals for lunch or dinner using fresh vegetables and for a relatively low cost.

One of our favourite recipes is the carrot and red pepper soup. This particular recipe is very easy to make and prepare and doesn’t require any sort of skills to make the perfect example every time.

To begin, chop up roughly 250g of carrots. They should be about 5p coins sized. Then chop up 100g worth of onions and 75g of red peppers in a similar fashion. Add a chicken stock cube and fill with boiling water up to the waterline. Turn on the soup maker onto the smooth setting and wait for the programme to complete.
