Eggs will always be the most important ingredients to a good breakfast in our eyes. You can use eggs in so many different ways, but with plenty of healthy fats and proteins to offer, they’re good for you, and they can taste great too.
Whether you’re a fan of scrambled egg, omelettes or simple boiled eggs, it’s easy to make a healthy breakfast that gets you up and running, feeling fresh for the day ahead! We recommend avoiding fried egg and omelettes though when you can, and instead choosing scrambled eggs, boiled or poached because they do not need oil, whilst they taste absolutely wonderful and fresh too.
