The perfect healthy breakfast combination- Avocado and Eggs

Healthy and strong is the new fad and a great one at that. It is important to maintain and healthy balanced diet to keep you young and improve your long-term general health.

Breakfasts tend to be the most difficult meal of the day in terms of healthy eating, as a quick bowl full of sugar-coated flakes and milk isn’t going to provide you with the nutrients and energy you need for the day. A quick, tasty and healthy breakfast is avocado and eggs. A simple dish that can be made in a variety of ways. Our favourite is made by cutting an avocado in half, remove the stone, spoon a little avocado out of the centre of each half (and eat it), then crack an egg into each half of the avocado and place each half into the microwave for about 30 seconds, season as required and hey presto you have a tasty, healthy breakfast.
